PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide)
Known as “plastic gold”, PPS is a high‑performance special engineering plastic. Core features: excellent high‑temperature resistance with long‑term service temperature of 200‑240 °C and heat‑deflection temperature over 260 °C. It features superior chemical resistance, practically insoluble in any solvent below 200 °C and highly resistant to acid‑alkali corrosion. It is intrinsically flame‑retardant and reaches UL94‑V0 grade without additional flame‑retardant additives. It also delivers outstanding dimensional stability (molding shrinkage <0.0025 %) and excellent electrical properties. Unmodified PPS resin is brittle and generally modified with glass‑fiber or other fillers.

Automotive industry (largest application field, approx. 43%): new‑energy‑vehicle motor components, electronic water‑pump housings, lithium‑battery covers, achieving over 30% weight reduction compared with metal parts.
